Q: Who is eligible to stay at D'Surya Villa?
A: D'Surya Villa is exclusively for Muslims Only.
Q: What is the maximum number of guests allowed per unit?
A: Each unit can accommodate up to 10 guests (adults + children). An additional charge of RM45 per person will apply if more than 10 guests occupy a unit.
Q: Is smoking allowed inside the unit?
A: No, smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of RM150 will be charged if smoking is detected.
Q: Can alcohol or non-halal food be brought into the villa?
A: No, alcoholic beverages and non-halal food are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Q: Can I move the furniture or kitchen utensils?
A: Furniture and utensils should not be moved. If you rent two units, ensure all items are returned to their original unit and not mixed.
Q: What happens if there are damages or permanent stains on items in the villa?
A: Charges will apply as follows for damaged or stained items:
Bedsheet: RM50
Quilt cover: RM75
Quilt: RM100
Mattress protector: RM60
Towel: RM45
Pillowcase: RM25
Floor mat: RM45
Carpet and other furniture: Charges will be determined (TBA).
Q: Do I need to arrange the furniture before check-out?
A: Yes, please return all furniture to its original position before check-out.
Q: Can I invite outside guests into the villa?
A: No, outside guests are not allowed inside the homestay premises.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Q: Is early check-in or late check-out allowed?
A: Early check-in or late check-out may be available, subject to management approval and availability. An additional charge of RM30 per hour applies.
Q: When will I receive the house passcode?
A: The house passcode will be provided on the check-in day before 3:00 PM, provided full payment has been made.
Q: Are there cleanliness rules I should follow?
A: Yes, please maintain cleanliness and follow the villa rules for your safety and the comfort of neighboring residents.
Q: Is parking available at D'Surya Villa?
A: Yes, parking is available for guests. Please park only in designated areas to avoid inconvenience to others.
