Eligibility:
D'Surya Villa is for Muslims only.
Maximum Guests:
Each unit can host up to 10 guests (adults + children).
Extra charge: RM40 /person if exceeding 10 guests.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the unit.
Fine: RM150 cleaning fee .
Alcohol & Non-Halal Food:
Strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Furniture Rules:
Return furniture and kitchen utensils to its original position before check-out.
Check-In/Out:
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:
Allowed with management approval.
Charge: RM30/hour.
House Passcode:
Provided on check-in day before 3:00 PM after full payment.
Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness for safety and neighbor comfort.
