D'Surya Villa is located in Kamunting, Perak and provides a comfortable private accommodation environment for families and groups.
The villa consists of two accommodation units, Unit Lily and Unit Orchid. Each unit provides three bedrooms, a living area and supporting facilities for a comfortable stay.

Before Your Stay
Please take a moment to read and follow our policies to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Eligibility
D'Surya Villa is exclusively for Muslim guests.
Guest Capacity
Each unit accommodates up to 10 guests including adults and children.
An additional charge of RM45 per person applies for guests above 10 persons.
Smoking
Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.
A cleaning fee of RM150 will be charged if smoking is detected.
Alcohol & Non-Halal Food
Alcoholic beverages and non-halal food are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Furniture & Utensils
Furniture and kitchen utensils should not be moved.
When renting two units, items must remain in their original unit.
Check-out Preparation
Please return all furniture to its original position before check-out.
Outside Guests
Outside guests are not allowed inside the homestay premises.
Parking
Parking is available for guests. Please park only in designated areas.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early / Late Timing
Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to management approval and availability.
RM30 per hour applies.
House Passcode
The house passcode will be provided on the check-in day before 3:00 PM, provided full payment has been made.
Cleanliness
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and follow villa rules for safety and the comfort of neighbouring residents.
